Free & Confidential

All services at the Sexual Assault Help Center are free and confidential.

Everyone Is Welcome Here

We work with all individuals impacted by sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, stalking, and human trafficking. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religions, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation or preference, disability, and/or age. 

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client safety and privacy of client information. All services provided by SAHC are strictly confidential. Please note that SAHC's advocates are mandated reporters. 

Whenever You Need Us

No matter where you were or what you were doing, if you have sexually assaulted or abused, you have the right to respectful and confidential care. For more information about counseling services or to schedule an appointment, please call us Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

Individual Counseling

Our advocates and therapists provide services in a supportive, respectful, and sensitive manner based on a philosophy that emphasizes client self-empowerment and dignity.

Group Counseling

SAHC offers facilitated support groups for Women, Parents & Caregivers, Children & Preteens, and Teens & Young Adults. Our support groups offer a connection between survivors, increase support, decrease feelings of isolation, stigma, and shame, as well as provide a safe space to share information, find hope, and increase self-esteem. Crisis Intervention

SAHC has advocates available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide crisis intervention. Please call our 24/7 Crisis Hotline is 1-800-884-7242 for assistance regarding sexual assault and abuse issues.

Empowerment Self-Defense Class

SAHC offers free self-defense workshops for public and private groups. Please see our Self-Defense page for more information.
